First musical experience: Watching my dad play drums as a little kid
How many bands have you played in: I've played in about 4 bands, depending on what you consider to be a real band. My first band I ever played in was called The Spain and we mostly did covers of The Who and The Misfits. I was about 14 then. I played in a thrash metal band called Christ Grinder and then another one called Throne of Abaddon. When I was 18 I played for a blues/boogie rock band called Table 23. Then I played in a death metal band called Guts until about 5 months before joining Ockham's Razor
Who are 3 artists who have influenced your music style the most: I would have to say Gavin Harrison who drums for Porcupine Tree. The Beatles and the drummer from Incubus, Jose Padillas.
If you could do a dream duet with any artist, who would it be: Les Claypool
Did you go to school for music? No schooling.
Has your family always supported your desire to play music? For sure. Like I said, my dad plays the drums too. They come to a lot of shows.
Do you have any family members
who sing or play instruments? My dad, uncle, brother and brother-in-law play drums. My cousin Justin Roberts is a talented guitar player & singer/songwriter. My other cousin, James Bowman, is a great hip hop artist here in Olympia.

Oddest/Worst job you've ever had: Loading traps in a cement bunker at the Evergreen Gun Club

Name a couple bands you would love to open for: The Black Keys, Pedro the Lion, Johnny Cash
What is your "Life motto": "Life's a bitch"
What are you thinking about when you are performing on stage: Usually I think about not f'ing up but if I'm in the groove, I usually let my mind wander to whereever it wants to go.
Favorite drink: Coffee
Favorite thing about the drums: The ability to express myself without having to say anything. And how loud and intoxicating a drumbeat is.
Describe the sound of Ockham's Razor: A catchy Irish feel covered in cigarette smoke wearing a pair of Converse
